I have been a customer of the Toms River MIDAS for many years. I trust them, and that is the best thing I can say. This team will not waste your time pushing additional or unnecessary repairs on your vehicle. They will run a full diagnostic and go over any "red flags". If you choose to address any issues it is done then, no scheduling another appointment. They respect your time and understand how important and necessary our cars are to everyday life.

I'll start by saying I don't typically write reviews, I expect good service for my money, but these guys exceeded my expectations. I brought my 2014 Jeep Patriot in to inspect my rear brakes; one pad disintegrated. I was also 4+ years overdue having the struts replaced. Mike, Vinny, and Jessie did a great job fixing all issues. They also identified issues I wasn't aware of which were also addressed. What makes them a 5-start rating? I had a noise reoccur in the rear a day later. When I called, Mike asked if I could bring it in immediately. You would expect this, but my experience in CT (recently moved back to NJ) was to hear "we're booked for the next 2-3 weeks, can you come back then?" Car returned in a couple hours and runs like new. No hassle. No excuses. Just myopically focused on great service at a much more reasonable price than the dealership.

I had a fantastic experience here getting an oil change. After a horrible waiting experience at the Mavis down the road where I had scheduled an appointment the day before and still waited an hour in the waiting room with no update and my car sitting outside, I called Midas, scheduled an appoint for the next day, and when I arrived Vinny had my car up on the lift within 5 minutes and I was out the door within 40 minutes. Great overall experience and I’ll be back if I ever need an oil change and I’m in the area.

I've been to many places to get oil changes for my cars but since I've been to Midas on Route 37 Toms River I won't go anywhere else. It's easy to get an appointment. Once you're there you don't have to wait long. And everyone is really great

Thank you to Midas in Toms River for a wonderful experience today . My first time buying tires for a vehicle . The staff was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly to me. I definitely will be going back for other car needs Pearl is a happy girl and now I feel a lot safer. I wanted to replace my tires as soon as possible and they got me in the same day. I requested an appointment.. I couldn't have asked for better service. They even suggested cheaper tires that they already had in stock, but was still a good brand. Thanks James Walker abs staff for your help !
